ZoBaZo Refund Policy

We follow a reliable refund policy to let our customers feel privileged about their association with us. Please read the guidelines governing the refund policy. Posting an advert on ZoBaZo.com is usually free (excluding certain categories), however we charge a fee for account and advert upgrades as well as standard adverts in the specific categories i.e Pets, Massage, Astrology & Psychics, Financial Advice & Support categories. By clicking “post an ad” you are agreeing to our privacy policy, terms & conditions and posting rules for acceptable content. Sometimes we alter the charge for certain categories, whether for a promotion or a permanent fee change, you will be able to see these fees clearly displayed when posting an advert at the bottom of the page.

By placing an advert, you are agreeing that your advert may be rejected if we believe it breaches any of our terms of use or posting rules. We would reserve the right not to issue a refund for fees paid to us in any of the following cases:

  • We have a strict non-refundable policy once the service is purchased. In case, your payment has bounced we would request you to check with your issuing bank.
  • If a plan is canceled (by user or admin) at any time during the purchased length of time.
  • If you stop using our services in between the term, we will not refund you the fees paid by you for the remaining term. We reserve the right to modify or terminate ZoBaZo service(s) for any reason, without notice at any time.
  • Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, ZoBaZo may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance, Investment or investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us. On suspend, any account balance will not refund.
  • If you have removed your own advert;
  • Fee is not refunded if the viewers do not respond to the user’s ad or no query is received by the user from viewers.
  • Fee is not refunded if no one buys a product or service in response to a sell ad or if no one sells a product or service in response to a buy ad. ZoBaZo is not responsible for making a deal happen. It brings people to a common platform and offers complementary features which enhance the viewership of a user’s ad.
  • If you have posted a duplicate advert as defined in our rules regarding duplicate adverts;
  • If you breach, in our opinion, ZoBaZo terms of use, including and without limitation to our posting rules.
  • If your advert was live on the site for any length of time before rejection and benefited from exposure to our members.
  • If your advert was placed in the wrong category;
  • If we believe you have posted an advert in a significantly wrong category for the purpose of misdirecting us or our customers;
  • Please note, this list is not exhaustive and the support team will look at individual refunds on a case by case basis if the above do not apply.

These above policies apply to all the services listed on ZoBaZo.com unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials.
